Who we are
The data controller is Muhammed Salem Abdo, trading as The Muslim Marketer. This policy explains how your personal data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you fill in the application form, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle (if you give it), and your answers about your offer, pricing, revenue, client journey and readiness to invest.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to assess your application and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Where it is stored
Your answers are stored in a secure, access-controlled database used by this website. Only The Muslim Marketer can view them.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or rented to anyone, and it is not used for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for 12 months, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email muhammed@greenpillproject.com and we will act on your request within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
